My Keto Pancake Recipe

I tried to make my own ketogenic pancake this morning with some simple ingredients that are usually used by people into Ketogenic Diet. Below are my ingredient and recipe to make your own Keto Pancake Ingredients to make 4 pcs of 4" Keto Pancakes 2 Pcs Large Eggs 3 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour 4 Tablespoon of Creme Cheese 2 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil 2 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream or Full Cream Milk Powder 1 Tablespoon of Natural brand Stevia or Erythritol 1/2 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 1/2 cup of Water Procedure: Mix everything up thoroughly in a bowl until it is smooth. Fry up your cooking pan with some coconut oil under medium heat and wait till you see some smoke developing on the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan for about 4 inches diameter wide each and wait till bubbles starts to develop on the edge of the pancake which is about 3 minutes. 6th Month Blood Chemistry Results

Kung Hei Huat Chay! Happy Chinese New Year means Good Luck , Health and Prosperity for all of us and It coincides with my 6th month Blood Chemistry Test this morning and Im very happy with the results. All my highs last time drop even further despite the fact that my total cholesterol and LDL is still a bit high but improving after i reduce my animal fats back to my first 2 month's intake. I need to further experiment more on my High fiber intake of Romaine Lettuce as well as Psyllium Husk daily intake fir another 2 months to see if it further improves. #ketodiet

Delicious Chicken Wings !!!

Got to visit Coffee Habit in Remegio Street as my car is being washed. They offer unlimited Chicken Wings for PHP295 and includes also unli ice tea and rice. Of course, I didn't eat the rice and ice tea but drink unli water instead. Mix flavors of Spicy Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Barbecue, Salted Egg, Susacha and Coffee are available but we opted to test Spicy Buffalo, Barbecue and Garlic Permasan only. The Spicy Buffalo is very spicy and not recommended for thise weak at spicy foods. I like the Garlic Parmesan and followed by Spicy Buffalo then Barbecue. I can say the price is worth it. Keto Diet is an Expensive Diet ???

Who said Keto Diet is an expensive diet???? I order this 2 pcs Bacon and Egg sandwich from Big Mak Burger Stand for late lunch for 25 pesos each and tell the lady cook not to give me the buns anymore. She was amazed as its her first time someone order from her a sandwich without buns :) LOL So I sandwich the 2 bacon between 2 scrambled eggs and wala Keto Bacon Eggwich :) LOL Cost? 25pesos x 2 = PHP 50 . #ketodiet #ketolunch

Question On Sustainability of Keto Diet

Most of the time I received on bashers is that Keto will destroy my kidney and liver and should stop once I get my goal in less than a year. My simple answer to them is if it does, why is it after 4 months into Keto, my glucose of 118 goes down to 105 , SGPT which has fatty liver of 89 before I started drops down to 22 while creatinine is still peg at around 0.8 . Even Triglyceride level which started at inflammed 300 now peg at 112 despite on a high fat low carb diet. Their answer? I don't know, that's what my doctor advise or tell me or thats what he or she read in the internet :) In the end, I agree it's only you yourself can answer that question. For me despite I still have high cholesterol and LDL levels, it's a matter of tweaking or adjusting a little more what I eat can correct the problem in the months to come. I intend to keep Keto Diet as my life long diet lifestyle as it really works . Period . :) LOL

My 4th month Keto Diet Blood Test Results

Got my 4th month Blood Chemistry under Keto Diet. Cholesterol and LDL still is high as expected under the early months as body adjusting to high fat diet with slight increase again of Uric Acid due to nuts intake I assume. What's good about this latest result is lowering further of my Triglycerides to 112 and SGPT to 22 and my glucose now is back to normal at 105 and further adding a check on my HBA1C gives a normal 5.09 meaning my sugar level is back to normal! Yes. Happy me. I will now concentrate on lowering my cholesterol and LDL levels hopefully in the months to come. #ketodiet
