My Keto Pancake Recipe

I tried to make my own ketogenic pancake this morning with some simple ingredients that are usually used by people into Ketogenic Diet. Below are my ingredient and recipe to make your own Keto Pancake Ingredients to make 4 pcs of 4" Keto Pancakes 2 Pcs Large Eggs 3 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour 4 Tablespoon of Creme Cheese 2 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil 2 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream or Full Cream Milk Powder 1 Tablespoon of Natural brand Stevia or Erythritol 1/2 Tablespoon of Baking Powder 1/2 cup of Water Procedure: Mix everything up thoroughly in a bowl until it is smooth. Fry up your cooking pan with some coconut oil under medium heat and wait till you see some smoke developing on the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan for about 4 inches diameter wide each and wait till bubbles starts to develop on the edge of the pancake which is about 3 minutes. Slowly flip the pancake to cook the other side for about 3 minutes and there you have it. Very simple to make and enjoy! Cook also
