8th Month Blood Chemistry Result

Last April 27, I got to had my blood tested again for my 8th month reading and the results IMHO was anticipated. During my 7th to 8th month into Keto. I played around by consuming some regular junk foods like chips, cracker nuts into my diet to see how much it will affect my triglycerides and fatty liver. I also take daily Psyllium Husk before going to bed to see if it will further lower my total cholesterol and LDL levels. Although I'm not that concern on my current total cholesterol and LDL level. My target level for.total cholesterol is between 200-250 is my goal.
From the results above. My triglycerides increased from 98 to 121 and glucose also increased from 94 to 101. My HDL continue to increase from 79 to 85. LDL decreased from 190 to 160 while total cholesterol also decreased from 286 to 270. Although glucose level did increased during the last 2 months. My HB1AC remains the same at 5.7 meaning the increase in glucose might must be temporary only due to my recebt intake of cracker nuts which has sugar coated starch . Surprisingly, the intake of junk foods did not affect my SGPT and SGOT much. So perhaps only high carb foods intake like rice, bread and noodles will affect me more on it. My next 2 months plan will have me continue takjng Psyllium Husk daily as well as cut down junl food totally or at least by 90% and Inwill post the results again sometime around mid June.
